Social Change invites authors to submit manuscripts that pertain to the relationship between law and contemporary social issues. We regret that such manuscripts cannot be returned.

Social Change follows the text and footnote citation rules set forth in A Uniform System of Citation (17th ed. 2000) ("The Bluebook"). Signed student works are cited without reference to the designation of the work as a note, comment, project, etc. For stylistic matters not addressed by The Bluebook, Social Change refers to The Chicago Manual of Style (14th ed. 1993).

In order to further Social Change's commitment to gender equality, contributors are expected to use feminine pronouns for the third person singular when the pronoun is used generically. However, Social Change may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis with due regard to the subject matter of the article.
