As a charitable and educational organization described in 501(c)(3), the NCPL exists entirely on general purpose and program-related grants and gifts from our supporters. Gifts made to the NCPL support the NCPL’s general operating expenses and allow the NCPL to continue to provide high quality programming that ultimately improves the field of nonprofit law as well as the worldwide nonprofit sector. Regardless of the amount of your gift, it will make a difference in helping the NCPL carry out its mission.
You can make an online gift to support the NCPL by clicking on the button, “Make a Gift Now.” NYU School of Law’s secure Web page will open in a separate screen with a form that you must complete in order to make an on-line donation. Please read the instructions below before completing the form to ensure that you provide the necessary information to designate your gift to the NCPL.
To ensure that your gift is received by the NCPL, you must designate on the electronic form in the “Donation Information” section that your gift is for the NCPL. In order to designate your gift, select “Other” from the drop-down menu in the “Donation Account Designation.” Then, in the space provided, type “NCPL” or “National Center on Philanthropy and the Law.”
